The Village Experience focuses on the growth and development of the adults in a child’s village, specifically teachers and caregivers. Our goal is to unify them while strengthening their capacity and self-efficacy through personal and professional learning that equips them with knowledge, skills, and community resources that improve learning and advance equitable outcomes for Black children and as a result all children.
